The Provincial Superior, assisted by the Provincial Council, guides the sisters and communities of Nirmala Province in fidelity to the charism of the Daughters of Mary.

Each councillor animates one field of the Province’s apostolate — Mission, Education, Healing Ministry and Social Work — while the Finance Officer and Provincial Secretary serve its administration.
