Compassion at the bedside
Though Nirmala Province does not have hospitals of its own, many sisters render dedicated service in hospitals and homes for the aged, in India and in foreign countries — seeing Christ in every person they serve.
Members of every convent visit the sick in their homes and in hospitals, strengthening them with prayer and consoling words. Special care is given to the destitute sick: we make arrangements for their treatment and provide financial aid.

Given from the Provincial House to a bedridden patient in each mission station or parish where our sisters serve.

Service in old-age homes and at Karuna Bhavan, Plampazhinji.
